Camp notes

The camp is open to individuals of all abilities, MEMBERS & non-members, age 4 and up. No prior experience is needed!
How will campers spend their days?
Each day’s activities will differ slightly to provide good variety, and will be a fun mix of:

⭐️ Gymnastics teaching time on bars, beam, floor, vault and trampette.

⭐️ Gymnastics-oriented games and activities that encourage core strength, strong shapes, flexibility and FUN.

⭐️ Partner and group work such as balances, choreography and routines.

⭐️ Open gym time when participants can work on skills they choose.

⭐️ Prizes! Gymnasts will have the opportunity to earn a variety of prizes throughout the week.

What will campers need?
⭐️ Clothes they can move around in! This means shorts or leggings and a leotard or close-fitting top (no crop tops on their own please).

⭐️ Please send a healthy NUT-FREE snack for the morning and a NUT-FREE packed lunch, along with a filled water bottle. We will have water coolers for refilling bottles as needed. Gymnasts will not be able to share food or drink.

A few last things:
⭐️ We recommend registering early, as the camp can fill quickly.

⭐️ Please note that your registration is not considered complete and your spot is not secured until you have completed payment.
